Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for 1–2 business day delivery.

Expect possible delays due to pre-orders, holidays, or busy seasons. We will do our best to keep you updated for any delays.

You may file a return request within 30 days of your purchase date on products outside of gift cards or store currencies. All store currency/gift cards are non returnable. To make a return request simply login to your account and press the return button next to the order. You may also contact us for a return request with your order number and email.

After you purchase a product you will be given a order number which can be used to track the order status on our order tracking page

Orders made outside of the US, UK & EU may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other charges that are outside of our control. If a charge like this occurs please note that you are responsible for the payment. 

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

If you have entered the wrong address during the purchase of our products you have limited time to cancel the order. After your order has been shipped out you must wait until it is delivered to file a return/exchange.
